FibreGrid’s Wash Down Bays are a bespoke, high performance open mesh flooring system which is made from high quality GRP (glass reinforced plastic). It can either be installed onto steel/GRP supports.
Our FibreGrating GRP open mesh grating is ideal for car wash down bays due to the high volumes of water easily filtering through the mesh, avoiding water build up and subsequent flooding. Its hard wearing and non-corrosive properties means it will be able to withstand high vehicle traffic and any potential surface damage caused from chemicals in cleaning products. The load bearing capabilities also allow it to withstand heavy vehicles.
