The University Of Sheffield Case Study

University of Sheffield

We were originally approached in August 2015 by our client to supply advice on a product for a project that required a “non-slip finish but with added graphics warning of a possible hazard.” The client stated that they required a product with anti-slip resistance, with their own graphics added. We advised them of our anti slip floor graphics range that could be printed bespoke to their exact requirements. A quote was raised following this conversation for floor graphics, printed with the clients own art work supplied. The client was given advice on the colour, and asked us to make sure the wording on their artwork was aligned correctly, then being happy with the details asked their contractor to place the order in December 2015.

Even with the graphics having to be printed on to our sprint flooring product, and being cut to a bespoke size, we were still able to offer a fast delivery time within two weeks of the order being placed. Our client commented on the quality of the materials supplied, and that the product was easy to install, following the information and guide lines provided in the data sheets and by the sales team at FibreGrid.

“I agree entirely with the statement from FibreGrid - the floor graphics are fitted on the Paternoster lift, a very rare machine and the largest in the world.”
