SlipGrip Riser Plates are the newest addition to the SlipGrip Range. The addition means that not only is the whole of the tread covered but the riser is also completely covered offering a visually better appearance.

Like the Stair Tread Covers, the Riser Plates are made from Fibreglass materials so will not rot, twist or warp. The front surface has a smooth finish. Available Now:

Covers existing Substrate
Building Regulations state that all risers should be between 150mm and 170mm. SlipGrip Riser Plates when combines with SlipGrip Stair Treads is able to deal with the majority of riser heights.

Visually Transforms
Generally existing risers are the same as the main substrate, which can spoil the look of the stairs when SlipGrip stair Tread Covers are installed. The Riser Plates clad and cover the existing riser and completes the look of the stairs.

Fast Installation
Slip Riser Plates are extremely simple to install. they are simply glued in place and with the addition of SlipGrip Stair Tread Covers provides a secondary fixing method.

Minimum Maintenance
All that is required to maintain the surface finish of SlipGrip riser Plates is a wipe over with warm soapy water. This is a major benefit over painted risers which need sanding down and repainting on a regular basis.

Size
SlipGrip Riser Plates are available as 145mm high, 4mm thick and 3000mm long. The riser Plates can be cut to the required step width.

Colour
SlipGrip riser Plates are currently available in a black finish, other colours are available subject to a minimum order quantity and extended lead time.

The SlipGrip product, is a 4mm thick profile, which gives a full covering of the whole stair and landing areas.

The top surface, offers extreme slip resistance due to the carbon grit which is chemically bonded to the top surface.

SlipGrip Stair Treads and Landing Covers are the ultimate choice for dealing with potential slip hazard areas.

Once SlipGrip is installed, stair safety is instantly improved. SlipGrip stair treads also have a contrasting coloured nosing which means that it meets with current Building Regulation requirements and helps towards the Disability Discrimination Act.
