A high percentage of FibreGrid's SlipGrip stair treads are installed over traditional steel checkerplate stairs. Checkerplate stairs are notoriously slippery in wet and icy conditions.

SlipGrip stair treads are easily installed over this type of steps. Simply adhesively bonded and also screwed in place. FibreGrid's anti slip stair treads provides an excellent slip resistant surface no matter what the conditions.

Slip Grip stair treads also have a contrasting coloured nosing which means that it meets new BS8300 building regulations and helps with compliance for the disability discrimination act.

Colours available
SlipGrip, as standard is available in black with either a yellow or white nosing. For Heritage Buildings and similar, a stone/natural colour is available. Subject to minimum order quantities and extended delivery periods, any BS or RAL colour is available.
