FibreGrid have just supplied their fibreglass grit top Moulded Grating for use in the WRC Monte Carlo Rally.
The Moulded Grating was used in the re-fuelling area to catch any spillages during the frequent fuel tank filling. Pictured is Petter Solberg's Subaru awaiting re-fuelling.
"The fact that the Moulded Grating has a slip resistant top surface, chemically resistant and has the open mesh design meant that it was the ideal safety solution for the re-fuelling area" said FibreGrid's Scott Cousin.
"If any spillages occurred they simply fell through the mesh and into the spill tray below." |
