FibreGrid Limited have just completed several installations at Sky Televisions headquarters in Isleworth, Middlesex.
The areas, situated in several different buildings around the huge Middlesex site were used as chiller rooms. Although the areas are only rarely used by maintenance personnel, Sky's commitment to safety meant that the grit top Moulded Grating panels provided an excellent anti slip surface for general foot traffic.
The panels were also elevated allowing any rain water to pass through the mesh and flow into a pre-cast water gully, as oppose to sitting on the top surface.
Installation Info
The 25mm thick green grit top Moulded Grating panels were positioned in place around machinery and pipe works. The panels were cut around individual areas where required. The work was completed over several weeks, each project lasting 2-3 days.
